Step into a world of dramatic scenery, golden light, and unforgettable cultural moments with my landscape photography tours.
Whether you’re chasing the alpine glow in the Italian Dolomites, capturing the painterly charm of the Val d’Orcia in Tuscany, exploring the mystical landscapes of Scotland, or witnessing the untouched beauty of Nepal’s Upper Mustang, each destination offers a masterclass in both landscape photography and adventure.
My philosophy is simple: photography should be both an art and an experience. That’s why all of my landscape photography tours are crafted to give you the perfect mix of expert instruction, field time, and local immersion. You’ll not only return home with breathtaking images, but also with memories, friendships, and skills that will last a lifetime.
Expert Leadership
You’ll be guided by an experienced travel and landscape photographer who knows each location intimately, not just the postcard views, but the secret spots where light and landscape converge magically. From composition and camera settings to creative storytelling, every aspect of your photography will be elevated.
Scouting Done Right
Each landscape location is carefully scouted on my landscape photography tours in advance to ensure you’re always at the right place at the right time. No more guessing. I optimise every sunrise and sunset and adapt to weather changes for the best shooting conditions.
Small Group Experience
With a maximum of 5 participants per landscape photography tour, you receive personalised instruction, flexibility, and a strong sense of camaraderie. This also allows us to move quickly, access remote areas, and enjoy more spontaneous, meaningful experiences.
Come and photograph the stunning Val d’Orcia region of Italy on one of my landscape photography tours to Tuscany. Capture the magical light and misty sunrises of this idyllic scenery that has photographers flocking from all over the world to see.
The very thought of Tuscany creates images of rolling hills, misty mornings and roads punctuated with cypress trees, and these will be a feature of many of our Tuscany landscapes along with numerous other lesser-known locations.
My Dolomites photography tours take place in autumn and winter. They offer some of the most amazing photo opportunities, including images of high-jagged mountains, misty mornings, vineyards and forests full of colour.
We will visit the very best photo locations such as the Alpe di Siusi and Santa Maddelena but also explore lesser-known hidden gems.
On my landscape photography tours to the Dolomites, you will photograph a wide array of classic imagery, from breathtaking landscapes and vineyards to lifestyle and close-up photography.
Glencoe is the gem of the Scottish Highlands, offering a wealth of incredible landscapes to photograph, from tall mountains peaks to gushing rivers, rapids, waterfalls and lochs.
The Isle of Skye is the most popular of the Scottish western islands for landscape photography tours. Here you can photograph and wonderful array of subjects, starting with the Old Man of Storr and on to numerous other beautiful lochs, coves and inlets. The islands’ dramatic weather can produce some of the best light for landscape photography.
This is an unforgettable photo tour of Nepal and Upper Mustang, starting in Kathmandu and moving to Upper Mustang in northern Nepal. This little-visited area of Nepal has much to offer photographers.
We will explore the high mountain peaks of the Anna Purna range, villages where it seems time has remained still since the middle ages where you can practice street photography and photograph the charismatic local people.
