Join me for a fabulous photography tour of the Dolomites or Tuscany.
Throughout the year, I offer photography tours in two of Italy’s most iconic destinations for landscape photography.
During the winter months, I head to the Italian Dolomites, where the mountains are transformed into a winter wonderland. At this time of year, the Dolomites are full of people skiing, but photography groups are rare to find. The days may be shorter, but it won’t stop us from getting out there and capturing this stunning area of Northern Italy.
Then again, during autumn, the Dolomites are offered as the landscape is transformed into a hue of golden yellow when the larch trees start to turn.
With each of my Dolomites photography tours, the itinerary sees us based in two different areas. First, we spend time in the Val Gardena area, where we photograph such iconic places as the Val di Funes, as well as some lesser-known places. The second part of the photography tour is based in the Cortina d’Ampezzo area, known for its high, jagged mountains.
In spring, I offer a Tuscany photography tour where we are based in the iconic Val d’Orcia. An area that has become synonymous with Italy and landscape photography.
Come and photograph the stunning Val d’Orcia region of Italy. Capture the magical light and misty sunrises of this idyllic scenery that has photographers flocking from all over the world to see.
The very thought of Tuscany creates images of rolling hills, misty mornings and roads punctuated with cypress trees, and these will be a feature of many of our Tuscany landscapes along with numerous other lesser known locations.
My Dolomites photography tours take place in autumn and winter. They offer some of the most amazing photo opportunities, including images of high-jagged mountains, misty mornings, vineyards and forests full of colour.
We will visit the very best photo locations such as the Alpe di Siusi and Santa Maddelena but also explore lesser-known hidden gems.
On this photo tour, you will photograph a wide array of classic imagery, from breathtaking landscapes and vineyards to lifestyle and close-up photography.
